A major housing association in London seeks a part-time Leasehold Officer (25 hours/week) to manage housing services for leaseholders. You will deliver support tailored to individual needs, oversee health compliance, and manage relationships with contractors. Requires NVQ Level 2 literacy and numeracy, customer service experience, and a full clean driving licence. As a Leasehold Officer, you’ll be the main housing contact for leaseholders living in our over‑55s retirement schemes. You’ll deliver a person‑centred housing service that reflects individual needs while ensuring each scheme is safe, well‑managed, and financially sound. Working closely with residents, colleagues, and contractors, you’ll balance wellbeing, property management, and income collection to create environments where people feel supported and secure in their homes.

Please note that this is a part‑time position for 25 hours per week, working 8:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will spend three days at our site in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire and two days at our site in Ongar, Essex.
