An educational institution in Camborne seeks a Learning Support Practitioner to assist learners, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Salary: £23,684.44 FTE (CC23), £14.11 per hour. Actual pro‑rata pay varies based on hours worked.

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Practitioner to contribute to the delivery of our Additional Learning Support (ALS) provision for learners who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
The purpose of the role is to support individual or small groups of learners in the achievement of their learning goals and the development of independent life and employability skills. A Learning Support Practitioner may also support learners with communication, behavioural & emotional difficulties and social anxiety. Learning Support Practitioners will aim to work with learners to develop independent study skills and strategies to assist in their own learning.
