Learning Support Assistant

Temporary contract – ends August 2026

Start: February/March 2026 (or sooner depending on notice period)

30 hours per week (variable contract 15‑32 hours)

Part‑time, term time only + 5 TED days TA2 (5‑6)

About Woodfield

Woodfield Academy joined the Bordesley MAT from Easter 2022. We work closely with Trinity High School, Birchensale Middle School and Holyoaks First School in a localised MAT focusing on the development of children in Redditch. We aspire to improve the educational offer for the local community.

Woodfield Academy is in the heart of Redditch and boasts extensive buildings and grounds, including two science labs, a designated technology block with cooking and resistant materials equipment, a library, a gym, a main hall with staging, two ICT suites and a full‑size astro‑turf.

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (TA2) to join a forward‑thinking team dedicated to supporting our children in reaching their potential. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally, develop teaching and wider professional skills and make a huge contribution to our academy's success and reputation. Candidates of all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
