Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant at Berkshire College of Agriculture, Maidenhead, on a part-time, term-time basis. The role supports learners in English, Maths and ICT, with responsibilities across planning, delivery, and assessment.

You will work across departments, support mobility-impaired students, and help maintain records in line with safeguarding policies. DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics as required.
• Experience working with young adults in education is desirable.
• Flexibility to work across departments or remotely if needed.
• Ability to provide physical support for mobility-impaired students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and college policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities.
• Help students overcome barriers to learning and complete assignments.
• Support exam preparation and development of English, maths and ICT skills.
• Monitor behaviour, maintain confidential records, adapt learning materials.
• Support use of specialist equipment as required.
