Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group in Berkshire seeks a Learning Support Assistant to join the Motor Vehicle Department at Berkshire College of Agriculture Maidenhead campus on a full-time, term-time basis. The role supports classes, groups, or individuals, aligning with EHCPs and college policies.

Applicants should have Level 2 English and Maths, experience with learners with additional needs, and be able to work across departments or remotely if needed.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A-C) or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, or Dyspraxia.
• Commitment to safeguarding, risk management, and equal opportunity policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support whole classes, groups or individual students in accordance with EHCPs.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and support use of specialist equipment.
• Collaborate with staff and work across departments, including potential remote support.
