Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus in Maidenhead. The role is full-time across 37 term-time weeks with a fixed-term contract.

The post involves supporting learners to access the curriculum, deliver learning activities, and assist with English, maths and ICT skills development. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will work with EHCPs, monitor student progress, and maintain records while complying with

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include Level 2 GCSE English and Mathematics (A-C or equivalent).
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.
• Strong organisational and proactive approach; ability to work across departments and adhere to safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support students individually or in groups; help with assignments and exam preparation.
• Aid in development of English, mathematics, and ICT skills; monitor behaviour and maintain records.
