Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Foundation Department at Berkshire College of Agriculture, Maidenhead, on a full-time, term-time basis.

You will support classes, groups or individuals, help develop English, mathematics and ICT skills, monitor behaviour, and help with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities in line with EHCPs and college policies.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Mathematics (GCSE A-C or equivalent).
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia).
• Willing to work across departments or remotely online if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support whole classes, small groups or individuals.
• Help develop English, mathematics and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adhere to safeguarding, risk management and data protection policies.
