Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus. This full-time, term-time role supports classes and individuals, reporting to the Head of Department.

You will assist planning and delivery of learning activities, help students with English, maths and ICT, monitor behaviour and maintain records. The role requires Level 2 English and Maths and experience with learning difficulties, plus flexibility to work across departments or

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths GCSE (A-C) or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.
• Ability to work across departments or remotely online if necessary.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Help students overcome physical, emotional or learning barriers.
• Support with assignments, exam preparation and developing English, maths and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and support use of specialist equipment.
