Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group seeks a Learning Support Assistant for Berkshire College of Agriculture, on a full-time term-time basis. The role supports classes, small groups or individuals, with EHCP alignment and safeguarding.

You will help plan, deliver and review learning activities, focusing on English, math and ICT, while maintaining records and assisting with exams. Reporting to the Schools Programme Manager, you will work in a supportive team to help students build confidence,

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Experience supporting learners in an educational setting is desirable.
• Willing to support neurodivergent learners and additional learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and review of learning activities.
• Support assignments, exam prep and development of English, maths and ICT skills.
• Monitor behaviour, maintain records and adapt learning materials as needed.
• Support students with mobility needs and use of specialist equipment.
