Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Foundation Department at Berkshire College of Agriculture campus in Maidenhead on a full-time, term-time only basis. The role involves supporting classes and individuals, delivering learning activities, and helping students develop English, mathematics and ICT skills, while adhering to safeguarding policies and EHCPs.

A Level 2 qualification in English and Maths is required, with experience supporting learners

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE A-C or equivalent).
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, or Dyspraxia is desirable.
• Ability to work across departments and/or remotely online if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support students in small groups or one-to-one to access the curriculum.
• Maintain confidential records and follow EHCP guidelines and safeguarding policies.
