The role involves supporting classes or individuals, helping with English, maths, ICT, and ensuring compliance with college policies. Candidates should have Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A-C), experience with young adults, and flexibility to work across departments or remotely if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young adults, preferably in education.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across departments and remotely if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Support students in groups or individually to access the curriculum.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and support use of specialist equipment.
