The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Creative team at Berkshire College of Agriculture in Maidenhead. This full-time, term-time only role involves supporting learners across classes, groups or individuals, helping them access lessons and achieve learning goals.
You will work under the supervision of teaching staff, assist with planning and delivery, and support students with mobility, EHCPs and safeguarding.
Formación
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to supporting learners.
- Strong organisational skills to manage learning activities and records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and students.
Responsabilidades
- Assist with planning, delivery and review of learning activities.
- Support groups or individual students in line with EHCPs and college policies.
- Help develop English, maths and ICT skills and monitor student progress.
- Maintain confidential records and support safeguarding procedures.
