Salary: £90 - £100 per day

About the Role

We are seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who are enthusiastic about making a real difference in the classroom. You'll work closely with teachers and SENDCOs to support pupils with a range of needs, including:

  • Autism (ASD)
  • Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Speech and Language difficulties
  • Learning difficulties
  • Behavioural needs

Whether you're looking for day-to-day, short-term, or long‑term roles, we can offer you assignments that fit your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Support pupils' academic and personal development
  • Adapt resources and teaching strategies to meet individual needs
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or SEND setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting learners of all abilities
  • Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply through us)
  • Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
