  • A career with purpose: this is an opportunity to grow your skills and build a long‑term career supporting young people who need it most.
What You Will Do
  • Support students one‑to‑one and in small groups, helping them manage behaviours and develop life skills.
  • Work closely with teachers and the wider team to deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to students’ strengths.
  • Celebrate every success, from small achievements to major milestones.
  • Provide consistent, compassionate support during challenging moments, helping students feel safe and understood.

If you’re ready for a challenging, rewarding, and life‑changing role where your support truly matters, we want to hear from you. Join a team that is passionate about making a real difference every single day.
