Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 3:45 pm, 38 weeks per year.

The Primary Academy is looking to recruit a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join their amazing school, fostering a positive learning environment both in classrooms and small groups.
The LSA role is highly varied, involving providing individualised support, acting as a mentor, and ensuring the academic, physical, social, and emotional welfare of children. The successful candidate will be expected to provide one-to-one or small group support to children, assisting with academic tasks (especially literacy and numeracy) and facilitating their inclusion in whole-class activities. The role also includes whole class support during the school day.
There may be an opportunity to work additional hours in the After School Club.
