About the role

Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Employer: Empowering Learning
Contract: Flexible (Full-time/Part-time/Ad-hoc supply)
Salary: £105 - £110 per day (depending on experience and placement)
Start Date: January 2026

Empowering Learning is working with a number of partner Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools in Sheffield and surrounding areas, and we are looking to take on new and experienced Learning Support Assistants to cover on a day to day, part time and full-time basis.

The roles are classroom-based working on a either a 1to1 and small group basis. SEND and childcare experience is preferred but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
