About the Role

This is a full-time position, five days a week, supporting across the school's two Reception classes:

• There are two Reception classes, each with around 25 children
• Each class already has a full-time teacher and TA - you will be the additional adult providing extra capacity
• You will float between both classes, depending on which team needs the most support on the day
• Although this is a general TA role, there are a small number of children in each class you'll provide closer support for, working with them 1:1 or in small groups
• You'll assist with play-based learning, group activities, routines, and creating a calm, nurturing learning environment
• You'll play a key role in supporting children's early social, emotional, and academic development
