As an LSA, you will be crucial in enabling students with a diverse range of needs-including severe, profound, and multiple learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and complex sensory/physical difficulties-to thrive.

  • 1:1 and Group Support: Work closely with individual pupils or small groups, implementing planned learning activities and providing differentiated support tailored to specific learning styles.
  • Curriculum Access: Help students access the curriculum, supporting literacy, numeracy, and the effective use of ICT.
  • Essential Care: Provide compassionate personal care, including toileting, dressing, feeding (oral/tube), and mobility, following precise care programmes.
  • Positive Behaviour: Promote positive behaviour and keep pupils engaged and on task, aligning with school policies.
  • Active Participation: Assist with educational visits, physical activities (like swimming/PE), and ensure outstanding communication between the school and parents.
Why Join This Team?

  • Contribute to a mission-driven school focused on providing an excellent education for every child.

  • The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils at all times.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills:
