A UK educational institution is seeking a Learning Support Advisor to provide quality support for students with additional learning needs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience with disabilities in educational settings, and relevant qualifications in learning support. To provide high-quality, learner-centred support that enables students with additional needs (including those with EHCPs) to access, participate in, and progress through their study programmes. The LSA promotes inclusion, independence, resilience, and achievement, and contributes to the effective delivery of reasonable adjustments across the college.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a strong learner focus and have the ability to identify barriers to learning and suggest practical solutions.
