Job summary

PwC is seeking a Course Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of learning interventions, from design through implementation and evaluation. The role focuses on creating an excellent learner experience and consistent service delivery across engagements.

You will work with the LI&R team to ensure programmes run smoothly, manage third party relationships, and coach junior team members while prioritising commercial outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for individual L&D programmes.
• Accountable for project initiation, budget control, project management, risk management and reporting.
• Collaborate with other L&D teams to ensure planned activity is implemented and achieved.
• Coordinate tutor briefings ahead of L&D programmes.
• Manage relationships with third party suppliers and SLAs; escalate queries and risks.
• Assist Course Executive to draft implementation project plans and ensure logistical readiness.
