Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Course Manager to lead the delivery of learning interventions from design through to evaluation, ensuring an excellent learner experience and consistent service delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders and Learning & Development colleagues to oversee programmes from inception to implementation.

In this role you will manage budgets, risks and reporting, coordinate with other L&D teams, and supervise junior staff.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple learning projects and programmes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Comfort with data, reporting and governance in learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for L&D programmes.
• Control budgets, manage risks and report on progress.
• Collaborate with L&D teams to implement planned activity and ensure delivery.
• Prepare tutor briefings ahead of programmes.
• Oversee third-party supplier relationships to meet SLAs.
• Act as an escalation point for queries and risks, with the team lead.
• Assist Course Executive with implementation planning and logistics.
• Coach and supervise junior team members.
