Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Course Manager within the Learning Implementation & Reporting (LI&R) team to oversee end-to-end delivery of learning interventions. You will manage design, implementation and evaluation, ensuring an excellent learner experience and consistent service delivery.

The role requires strong project, risk and budget management, plus the ability to build relationships across stakeholders and coach junior staff. A commercial mindset and a passion for learning design are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing learning and development programmes end-to-end.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with cost-conscious decision making.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for individual L&D programmes.
• Accountable for project initiation, budget control, project management, risk management and reporting.
• Collaborate with other L&D teams to ensure planned activity is implemented and achieved.
• Implement tutor briefings ahead of L&D programmes.
• Oversee relationships with third party suppliers and SLAs.
• Be the escalation point for programme queries and risks and assist the team lead.
• Draft implementation project plans and ensure logistical requirements are defined.
• Coach and supervise junior members of the learning experience team.
