Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Course Manager to oversee the delivery of learning interventions from design through to implementation and evaluation. You will collaborate with stakeholders and L&D colleagues to ensure an excellent learner experience and consistent service delivery.

The role focuses on managing learning design projects, coordinating budgets, and maintaining quality through third-party suppliers and internal teams. Hybrid working with client site involvement is offered.

• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for individual L&D programmes.
• Accountable for project initiation, budget control, project management, risk management and reporting.
• Work closely with other L&D teams to ensure planned activity is implemented.
• Implement tutor briefings ahead of L&D programmes.
• Agree scope of work and final sign off with third party suppliers; oversee relationships with third party suppliers.
• Be the escalation point for programme queries and risks, and work with the team lead as needed.
• Support the Course Executive to draft implementation project plans and ensure all logistical requirements are clearly defined.
• Coach and supervise more junior members of the learning experience team.
