Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Course Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of learning interventions, from design through to implementation and evaluation. You will ensure an excellent learner experience and consistent service delivery, collaborating with Learning & Development colleagues and stakeholders.

You will manage multiple budgets, coach junior team members, and continuously improve learning programmes while keeping commercial considerations in mind.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management and risk management能力.
• Strong budgeting skills with ownership of multiple budgets.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and work collaboratively.
• Experience in coaching or supervising junior team members.
• Commercially minded with cost-awareness in decisions.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Genuine interest in learning design/delivery and the 70:20:10 model.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for individual L&D programmes.
• Accountable for initiation, budget control, project management, risk management and reporting.
• Collaborate with other L&D teams to ensure delivery of planned activity.
• Implement tutor briefings ahead of L&D programmes.
• Oversee third-party suppliers and SLAs to maintain service quality.
• Serve as escalation point for programme queries and risks.
• Assist Course Executive to draft implementation project plans and logistics.
• Coach and supervise more junior members of the learning experience team.
