Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Course Manager to oversee end-to-end learning interventions, from design through to implementation and evaluation. Qualifications

• Experience leading learning design projects or learning programmes.
• Strong budgeting and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercially aware approach to decisions and actions.
• Experience coaching or supervising junior team members.
• Interest in learning design and 70:20:10 framework.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for L&D programmes.
• Accountable for initiation, budget control, PM, risk management and reporting.
• Collaborate with L&D teams to implement planned activities.
• Lead tutor briefings ahead of programmes.
• Oversee third-party suppliers and SLAs; maintain service quality.
• Act as escalation point for queries and risks with team lead support.
• Draft implementation project plans and coordinate logistics for programmes.
• Coach and supervise junior members of the learning experience team.
