Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Course Manager to oversee delivery of learning interventions from design through to implementation and evaluation. You will work with stakeholders and L&D colleagues to ensure an excellent learner experience and consistent service delivery, balancing budgets, risk, and logistics across multiple programmes.

You will coach and supervise junior team members while coordinating with third-party suppliers and internal teams to maintain quality and timely delivery in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience across learning design and delivery.
• Strong budget and risk management skills within L&D.
• Ability to coach and supervise junior team members and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for L&D programmes.
• Accountable for initiation, budget control, PM, risk management and reporting.
• Collaborate with L&D teams to implement planned activity and ensure delivery.
• Coordinate tutor briefings prior to L&D programmes.
• Oversee relationships with third-party suppliers and SLAs.
• Serve as escalation point for programme queries and risks.
• Support the Course Executive to draft implementation plans and define logistics.
• Coach and supervise junior learning experience team members.
