Overview

We are currently working with an outstanding Ofsted rated establishment with many different sites. They take pride in ensuring each child's individual needs are met and catered to by employing reliable staff members and expanding their resources consistently. This is a full-time role starting in October 2025 and for the new academic year.

Role

They are searching for an experienced, motivated and passionate individual to join their team of learning support assistants. Experience in a support or sports coaching role would be highly preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

The role is for an immediate start, running through to the end of the academic year. You will be working 5 days a week, from 8:30am to 4:00pm. You will be assigned a classroom consisting of 6-8 pupils. Your day-to-day role will include you working on a 1:1 or small group basis with these children.

Requirements

To apply, you must have a UK-based child-related or safeguarding/support working experience within the last 3 years. Successful candidates will have an optimistic and passionate approach to working with children and young adults with special needs.
