The L&D Manager, reporting to a Senior L&D Manager, acts as a hands‑on consultant within a defined portfolio, either Induction & Leadership, Professional & Essential Skills or Future Skills. They will design and deliver learning products tailored to Heathrow's evolving needs. Responsible for development and product ownership of key portfolio products, the role involves creating digital, in‑person, and hybrid learning experiences, applying the 5Di learning design method, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Collaboration with internal teams and external agencies for specialist digital support ensures quality, agility, and a unified approach to workforce development.
