Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull (B37 7YB), with UK travel required. The role involves delivering our training strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee growth across all levels. You will work closely with stakeholders and external partners to enhance our learning initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs, manage training requests, and maintain accurate records. Support the implementation of the L&D strategy, design and deliver leadership programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and manage relationships with training providers. Assist with apprenticeship and graduate programs, audits, budgets, and ensure training matrices are aligned with the Learning Management System. Contribute to improving L&D processes, systems, and policies.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development, with proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role. Strong understanding of the full learning cycle, talent development, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and industry standards is desirable; experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
