Purpose of the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull, B37 7YB. The role involves delivering training strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee growth across the organisation. UK travel is required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise training needs with business leaders.
  • Coordinate daily training requests and maintain training records.
  • Support the implementation of L&D strategies, including designing and delivering leadership programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and manage relationships with training providers.
  • Assist with apprenticeship and graduate programs, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain training matrices and contribute to process improvements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role.
  • Strong understanding of the full learning cycle and talent development.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and industry standards is desirable.
  • Experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus.

Package Description

  • Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 plus company car or allowance.
