Job Description:

Colas Ltd, a UK subsidiary of the global Colas Group, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join their HR Support Services team at their Head Office in Solihull. This role involves delivering training strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting career development across the organization. The role requires UK travel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize training needs with business leaders.
  • Coordinate and manage training requests and records.
  • Support the implementation of L&D strategies, including designing and delivering leadership programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and manage relationships with training providers.
  • Support apprenticeship and graduate programs, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain training matrices and contribute to process improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role.
  • Strong understanding of the full learning cycle and talent development strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and industry training standards is desirable.

Package:

  • Salary between £33,000 and £37,000 plus company car or allowance.
