A large multi-functional business located in Leeds is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant for a full-time role on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will design and deliver a Career Pathways Strategy while enhancing the learning experience across the organization. This position requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, alongside a CIPD Level 3 qualification. The role offers a salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.

We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience across a large, multi-functional business.
This role will lead the design and delivery of a Career Pathways Strategy , working closely with senior stakeholders, people managers and subject matter experts to create clear, engaging progression routes that support performance, retention, talent development and succession planning.
Alongside this, you’ll support broader L&D initiatives including induction, onboarding and learning journeys, acting as a trusted expert and point of escalation for complex learning queries.
