A leading learning and development company is seeking a Learning and Development Business Partner to enhance employee growth through innovative learning experiences. This role includes leading the AI skilling strategy, fostering collaboration across teams, and leveraging resources to support organizational development goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in L&D initiatives, effective project management skills, and strong knowledge of AI applications, contributing to a flexible and inclusive working environment.

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 (dependant on experience)
The Learning and Development Business Partner at Corndel is responsible for evolving the employee development offer to support the growth and development of our people to meet current and future skills and capability needs, through meaningful learning experiences and support tools.
A clear focus for the role will be the development and implementation of Corndel’s internal AI skilling strategy, ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively adopt AI technologies and build our overall organisational AI skills and capabilities.
This newly created role reports to the HR Director and offers the opportunity to shape the employee development value proposition.
The Learning and Development Business Partner will work collaboratively with our skilled functional enablement and L & D teams to develop a holistic learning and development strategy for the business. Together it is the blend of functional and cross business initiatives that will support us to develop, share, scale and be successful in developing the skills and capabilities needed now and in the future.
