Job summary

Pertemps Specialist Division in Nottingham is seeking a Learner Engagement Advisor to support prospective learners from initial enquiry through to enrolment, providing high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and ensuring they are matched to the right programme first time.

The role is a 35-hour week with hybrid working, finishing at 3:30pm every Friday. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, customer service or similar people-focused environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess prospective learners.
• Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).
• Manage learner onboarding and enrolment processes.
• Complete eligibility and funding compliance checks.
• Support Maths and English initial assessments.
• Maintain accurate learner records and reporting.
• Attend careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Build relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
• Support achievement of recruitment and enrolment targets.
