Job summary

Pertemps Specialist Talent Solutions in Nottingham is seeking a Learner Engagement Advisor to join a well-established training provider. The role is hybrid, full-time, 35-hour week with a 3:30pm Friday finish, and a salary up to £27,815 per annum.

You will interview prospective learners, provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), manage onboarding and eligibility checks, support initial Maths and English assessments, and maintain learner records to ensure accurate reporting while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing and customer service.
• Experience in education, apprenticeships, training or careers advice is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess prospective learners
• Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
• Manage learner onboarding and enrolment processes
• Complete eligibility and funding compliance checks
• Support Maths and English initial assessments
• Maintain accurate learner records and reporting
• Attend careers fairs and recruitment events
• Build relationships with referral partners and stakeholders
• Support achievement of recruitment and enrolment targets
