Pertemps Specialist Division is recruiting a Learner Engagement Advisor in Nottingham. You will support prospective learners from initial enquiry to enrolment, delivering Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and matching candidates to the right programme. The role emphasizes customer service, recruitment and learner engagement.

This is a full-time, 35-hour week with hybrid working. A driving licence and IT proficiency are preferred, and you’ll benefit from a supportive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• - Experience in recruitment, interviewing, customer service or employability.
• - Experience in education, apprenticeships or careers advice preferred.
• - Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• - Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• - GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• - Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess prospective learners.
• Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).
• Manage learner onboarding and enrolment.
• Check eligibility and funding compliance.
• Support Maths and English initial assessments.
• Maintain accurate learner records and reporting.
• Attend careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Build relationships with referral partners.
• Support recruitment and enrolment targets.
