Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD in Nottingham is seeking a Learner Engagement Advisor to recruit, onboard and enrol learners onto training programmes, ensuring effective Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and funding eligibility checks are completed.

You will build productive relationships with referral partners, maintain accurate records, and support the Engagement department while working in a hybrid model with a 35-hour week and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Transferable recruitment or interviewing skills.
• Excellent IT skills: spreadsheets, databases, word processing, email, internet.
• Grade 4–9 in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and enrol learners onto training programmes ensuring KPIs are met.
• Carry out candidate interviews with effective Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).
• Ensure funding eligibility checks are carried out and recorded accurately.
