Job summary

Pertemps Specialist Talent Solutions in Nottingham is seeking a Learner Engagement Advisor to support prospective learners from initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will deliver high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance and help match learners to suitable programmes.

The role is hybrid with a 35-hour week and a 3:30pm Friday finish, offering a clear progression path in education and employability support.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, customer service or employability environments.
• Experience in education, apprenticeships, training or careers advice is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess prospective learners.
• Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).
• Manage learner onboarding and enrolment processes.
• Complete eligibility and funding checks.
• Support Maths and English initial assessments.
• Maintain accurate learner records and reporting.
• Attend careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Build relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
• Support achievement of recruitment and enrolment targets.
