Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is supporting a Nottingham-based, well-established training organisation to hire a Learner and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor. The role focuses on identifying potential learners, screening for suitability, engaging with employers, and delivering high-quality IAG whilst upholding Equality & Diversity norms.

You will work in a hybrid model, supporting learners and partner organisations and contributing to a positive employment outcomes strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in learner and employer engagement
• Knowledge of the training sector, especially ASF/employability
• Minimum of an IAG level 2 qualification
• Good IT skills and sound knowledge of MS Office / Excel
• A minimum of grade 4 English or Level 2 Functional Skills
• Driving licence and own transport

Responsibilities

• Identify potential learners for training programmes via engagement with job centres, referral partners and direct applicants
• Carry out screening and high quality IAG of learners to ensure suitability before enrolling onto training programmes
• Engage with employers to identify recruitment needs and provide a SWAP service
• Provide an effective and efficient customer service function to learners, external organisations and staff
• Ensure Equality & Diversity practices are followed in day-to-day activities
