Job summary

Find. in Nottingham is seeking a Learner Engagement Advisor to recruit, interview and onboard learners across programmes, ensuring funding eligibility and high-quality IAG. The role focuses on building relationships with referral partners and maintaining accurate records, all within a hybrid working setting.

The ideal candidate will have recruitment or interviewing experience, strong IT and customer service skills, and a passion for supporting adults and young people across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Recruitment or interviewing experience required.
• Excellent IT skills (spreadsheets, databases, word processing, email, internet).
• Grade 4-9 in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and enrol learners onto relevant training programmes ensuring KPIs are met.
• Carry out interviews with candidates and provide Information, Advice and Guidance to match candidates to programmes.
• Ensure quality standards and eligibility checks for funding are carried out; liaising with the learner.
• Follow up all applicants and refer to alternative provision where applicable.
• Set up and maintain accurate records on systems/trackers.
• Set applicants up on maths and English initial assessments and diagnostics; monitor timely completions.
• Obtain prior learning records for applicants and check for prior learning and achievement.
• Assist and support other Engagement team members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and promote programmes to identify opportunities.
