Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Facilities Management or building services.
• Recognized engineering qualification in electrical or mechanical.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and PPM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical oversight across sites.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage contractors.
• Monitor and update the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Act as the Authorised Person for Electrical Works when applicable.
