Integral Cooling Technologies, Industrial Refrigeration Division, seeks aTechnical Sales Manager to lead major bids in Leeds from client brief through to compliant tender, owning the whole process and ensuring margin discipline.

You will interpret briefs, develop cost-efficient schemes, manage bid programmes and defend tender outcomes while coordinating across design, estimating, procurement, and delivery teams. Travel nationally with UK driving is required.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial UK industrial refrigeration bid experience.
• Proven track record leading bids of £500k–£6m and meeting annual intake targets.
• Experience taking sales from concept to tender submission and award, with handover to delivery.
• Knowledge of BS EN 378, PD, DSEAR, CDM 2015, F-Gas and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Build and qualify the pipeline; establish senior relationships with end users, consultants and main contractors.
• Turn briefs into practical, cost-efficient concepts and schemes.
• Own the tender: cost model, pricing, scopes, exclusions and clarifications; defend at client reviews.
• Ensure bid compliance with BS EN 378, PED, and safety regs at bid stage.
• Coordinate across design, estimating, procurement, delivery, finance and legal to a single programme.
• Lead bid support and develop a Bid / Estimating resource while maintaining lead responsibility.
• Handover to Contracts/Projects team with accurate scope and commitments on award.
