Job summary

A traditional pub is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and produce quality fresh food. You'll play a key role in menu design along with a Head Chef and have autonomy in your role. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills and a passion for quality cooking. Qualifications

  • Existing Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) looking for their next step.
  • Passion for producing quality fresh food.
  • Experience managing kitchen staff and ensuring health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Champion excellent service through quality food.
  • Lead and develop the kitchen team.
  • Manage kitchen staff rota and training.
