  • Experience guiding teams to achieve objectives aligned with strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
  • Proficiency in Java, REST services, Spring, and Spring Boot
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and independently solve design and functionality challenges
  • Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent customer focus and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring, and rewarding top talent
  • Advanced Adobe product experience, especially Content Fragments, including design and implementation
  • Familiarity with GraphQL
