Our site reliability engineers (SREs) empower users with a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance levels to pursue their goals.

About the role:

This is a hands-on role within the Software Engineering team. You will manage the SRE function daily, working closely with the Head of Engineering to provide SRE expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences.

The successful candidate will review, lead, and drive our strategic approach to the maturity, security, performance, and scalability of our software and services across our cloud infrastructure. You will have a high degree of autonomy to shape the team's future direction, leveraging your extensive background in:

• Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Platform management
• Development and deployment of APIs using containerized environments such as Kubernetes
• Implementing and enhancing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform
• Collaborating with business stakeholders in an agile environment
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members to achieve success
• AWS services, particularly IAM, S3, EKS, Networking
• CloudFormation and CDK
• Experience with serverless computing
