Accenture in London is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across ITOM, IRM, CSM and related services. You’ll guide clients on platform adoption, roadmaps and digital transformation, while shaping target architectures and governance across engagements.

You will collaborate with delivery, sales and leadership teams to drive innovation, maintain best practices, and mentor junior architects and consultants.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications: System Administration, Application Developer, ITSM/CSM/IRM specialty; Technical Architect certs desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation and leadership skills.
• SC clearance is desirable or may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and governance of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, IRM, CSM, TSM, and related capabilities.
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, objectives, enterprise standards and best practices.
• Advise clients on platform adoption, roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define target architecture and blueprints for scalable, resilient operating models.
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
• Drive platform innovation with AI, automation, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI.
• Own complex technical decisions, risks, and integration strategies.
• Guide development teams through design, implementation and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on presales, demos and estimates.
• Mentor architects, developers and consultants for technical excellence.
