Accenture UK & Ireland in London seeks a ServiceNow Lead Developer to drive the technical design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, ITSM, CSM and IRM. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices, secure architectures and scalable integrations.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, mentor developers, and collaborate with architects, analysts and clients to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development expertise.
• Certifications in System Administration, CAD, ITSM/CSM/IRM; TAC desirable though not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture and cloud technologies.
• Able to translate business outcomes into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and ServiceNow frameworks.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Desirable expertise across ITSM, ITOM, IRM, CSM, TSM; knowledge of AIOps and Now Assist.
• Experience learning new technologies and designing scoped applications.
• SC clearance is desirable or obtainable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical implementation and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, IRM, CSM, TSM, Event management, Service Mapping, AIOps, Now Assist, and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Translate architectural designs and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, integrations, portal experiences, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Act as the technical lead for development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and platform governance.
• Drive solution quality through code reviews, technical mentoring, and deployment governance.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external platforms.
• Implement AI-powered use cases leveraging Now Assist, predictive intelligence, virtual agents, and Agentic AI workflows.
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, product owners, and client stakeholders to deliver successful solutions.
• Support troubleshooting, defect resolution, technical documentation, and performance optimisation activities.
• Contribute to reusable components, accelerators, development standards, and automation frameworks.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and code reviews.
