Job summary

Accenture PLC in London is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer to drive the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, CSM, ITSM and related modules. You will translate architecture into scalable, secure workflows and mentor development teams.

The role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow development, certifications in Administration and Application Development, plus expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow certifications in System Administration and Application Development; ITSM/CSM/IRM knowledge.
• Experience with integration architecture and enterprise platforms.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Understanding of platform architecture and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Desirable: AIOps, Now Assist, Agentic AI and related business process transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, CSM, ITSM, TSM, and related capabilities.
• Translate architectural designs and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop workflows, business rules, integrations, portals and automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct code reviews.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Implement AI-powered use cases leveraging Now Assist and Agentic AI workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and clients to deliver solutions.
• Support troubleshooting, documentation and performance optimisation.
