Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support to the Technical team responsible for managing the leak within MSSS Original Buildings
  • Lead packages of work. Expect the candidate to work autonomously with limited support and direction (once up to speed)
  • Candidate will perform work themselves. There is potential for support to be provided ad-hoc but no additional resources can be made available to support full time
Role Scope
  • Scoping and specification of technical work
  • Leadership of specific work packages (could be internally or externally delivered)
  • NFR/report production and presentation
  • Checking and review of other team member's work
  • Planning of future scope (e.g. transition from technical to design/projects)
  • Regulatory engagement on allocated work packages
Engineering Discipline
  • Maybe a science-based discipline with the right experience
  • Chartered in their discipline
  • Experience in the Nuclear Industry, preferable with Sellafield
Experience
