lululemon is seeking a Key Leader to join our store leadership team. You will guide Educators, drive guest experiences, and oversee daily store operations to deliver exceptional service and smooth floor coverage.

Responsibilities include coaching, planning coverage, and supporting omnichannel programs while ensuring a respectful, inclusive work environment. A background in retail leadership and strong guest-focus are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail leadership is a plus; supervisor experience helpful but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work and able to travel to assigned store if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educators, coach performance, and support career development.
• Provide salesfloor leadership, coverage planning, and omnichannel support for guests.
• Deliver customized, educational product guidance and ensure a great guest experience.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business and guest needs and resolve issues.
• Review store data and metrics to adjust operations and drive goals.
